What I collect
When you create an UNMUTED account I collect your name and email address. When you purchase, payment is processed by Stripe — I never see or store your card details. Anything you write inside the workbook (reflections, mirror answers, your declaration) is stored against your account.
Your reflections are private
Your written answers are visible only to you. They are protected by row-level security so no other member can read them, and they are never sold, shared or used for advertising.
How I use your information
To give you access to the program, to send you essential account and purchase emails, and — only if you opt in — occasional emails about coaching and new work.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask for your account and reflections to be deleted at any time. Email lauren@laurencollcoaching.com and I'll take care of it.
